Privacy Policy

How Grab Calendar handles information. Last updated September 7, 2026.

Grab Calendar (grabcalendar.com) publishes free printable calendars. You can browse and download them without creating an account. This policy describes the information that is collected when you use the site, including optional forms, comments, advertising, and analytics.

If you only download a calendar and never send a form, subscribe, or comment, we do not ask you for a name or email.

Who we are

This site is Grab Calendar, at grabcalendar.com. For privacy questions, use the contact form or email onerva@grabcalendar.com.

Information you give us

Contact form

The contact page requires your name, email address, a topic, and a message. We store that submission in our database and email a copy to onerva@grabcalendar.com so we can reply. We also store a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user-agent to limit spam. We do not store the raw IP with the message.

That page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare receives the challenge result and related device data. We send the Turnstile token to Cloudflare’s siteverify service from our server. We do not use Google Forms.

Newsletter

Footer and sidebar forms collect only an email address. We store it locally (not Mailchimp or a third-party ESP). We also store a hashed IP, user-agent, and whether you used the footer or the sidebar form. We send a confirmation email. The address is not marked active until you click that link. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell subscriber addresses.

Comments

Calendar posts may include a comment form. If you comment, WordPress collects your name, email, optional website, and the comment. Your email is not shown on the page. If you tick “save my name, email, and website,” WordPress sets cookies in your browser so the fields can be filled next time. Comments are checked for spam by Akismet (Automattic).

Information collected automatically

  • Our host and Cloudflare keep security and access logs (IP address, request time, URL, and similar technical data) to run and protect the site.
  • If you use site search, the query appears in the page URL. We do not keep a separate search-history database.
  • The dark-mode toggle saves neve_user_theme in your browser’s local storage. It does not go to our server.
  • Contact and newsletter forms keep a short-lived hashed-IP counter (about 10 minutes) so the same connection cannot submit over and over.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not show a separate cookie banner. Some cookies and similar storage are set by us or by the services below. You can block cookies in your browser; ads, comments, and Cloudflare checks may then fail.

  • Functional. Optional WordPress comment cookies if you ask the form to remember you. Dark-mode preference in local storage.
  • Security. Cloudflare cookies and Turnstile on the contact form.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics (gtag), currently configured with property UA-211864206-1.
  • Advertising. Google AdSense, including cookies Google uses to measure and, depending on your Google settings, personalize ads.

Advertising

We display Google AdSense ads (including automatic ads) so the calendars can stay free. Google may collect device and activity data and set cookies on your browser. We do not receive your name from AdSense. Google’s own rules apply to that data:

Analytics

We load Google Analytics to see which pages are used (for example, which month is opened). Google processes that data under its privacy policy. We do not join Analytics visits with contact, newsletter, or comment records in our own database.

How we use information

  • Reply to messages you send through the contact form.
  • Send the newsletter you confirmed, and honor unsubscribe requests.
  • Publish and moderate comments.
  • Operate, cache, and secure the site.
  • Understand traffic and keep the calendars free with ads.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use processors and other services that receive data as needed to run the site:

  • Google — AdSense and Analytics.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and Turnstile on contact.
  • Automattic (Akismet) — comment spam checks.
  • Our hosting and email provider — serving the site and delivering mail we send (contact copies, subscription confirmations).

Google may use advertising cookies. That is Google’s processing, controlled through Google ad settings and your browser. We do not sell subscriber or contact lists.

Retention

  • Contact messages stay until an administrator deletes them.
  • Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. We keep an unsubscribed record so we do not email that address again by mistake.
  • Comments stay until they are removed.
  • Rate-limit hashes expire in about 10 minutes.
  • Host and Cloudflare logs follow those providers’ defaults.

Your choices

  • Do not use contact, newsletter, or comment forms if you do not want to give that information.
  • Unsubscribe with the link in a newsletter email.
  • Email or write to us to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete a message, comment, or subscription.
  • Control cookies and trackers in your browser.
  • Use Google ad settings for personalized ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we will handle the request we can act on. For Google Ads and Analytics, use Google’s tools as well.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can write to the contact address above.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form spam controls include a honeypot field, a nonce, hashed-IP rate limits, and Turnstile on contact. Access to stored messages and subscribers is limited to site administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International visitors

Calendars are prepared for a general audience, with U.S. holidays marked where we say so. Hosting, Cloudflare, Google, and Automattic may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand that transfer.

Changes

We will change this page when the site’s collection practices change. The date at the top is the last update.
