That’s why having a planner that helps us get into the specifics for each day or the week as a whole is very important.
On this page, you can access our lovely collection of free printable weekly calendar templates. Our weekly calendars are undated, which makes them usable for any week in the year. On each of the templates, there is space for you to write the week’s date yourself. This helps you distinguish plans for different weeks.
Our weekly calendar templates come in four layouts: day boxes, columns, an hourly grid, and day rows. Each layout is designed to help you find a template that matches your style and meets your weekly needs.
Choose Your Weekly Calendar Template
We provide four different weekly calendar templates which are all free to print and use. All four templates are undated and include only the weekdays starting from Monday and ending on Sunday. There is also a space at the top of each template for you to write the date of the week. All the weekly templates we provide are unique in design and layout. However, they are all functional. Most importantly, they all provide a platform for you to see what your schedule holds for the next seven days. Here is a brief description of each template:
The Peach Landscape Design: This weekly calendar template is designed with seven boxes. The boxes alternate between white and peach colors and each of them carries a full day name. Monday to Thursday occupy the four boxes in the top row while Friday to Sunday are inscribed in the boxes below. Each box has about five ruled lines where you can write your plans for that specific day. There is also a small space beside the weekday names where you can write the date of that specific day. If you are looking for a weekly calendar that you can use to make small notes or list a handful of things to do per day, this template is a great choice to consider.
The Blue and White Landscape Design: This template is designed with blue and white colors. Abbreviated weekday names written in capital letters are visible at the top of seven tall columns that contain about a dozen ruled lines. Sunday’s header is filled with solid blue while the other six are outlined. The tall columns of this template offer you an ample amount of lines for each day which makes it suitable for those looking to make longer lists.
The Purple Portrait Design: This calendar is titled “Weekly Schedule,” and it is the only one of our four templates that comes with time slots. The template has a grid with hour rows from 06:00 to 23:00 to help you plan schedules, including classes, work shifts or appointments by the hour. The time slots are visible down the left of the purple design, while there are seven day columns across the template. On this template, both Saturday and Sunday’s columns are shaded and you should note that the hours are printed in 24-hour time format.
The Maroon and Cream Portrait Design: This template is designed with weekday names stacked down a solid maroon sidebar from Monday to Sunday. Beside each day name is a wide ruled writing area, and each weekday block is roughly equal in height, making it a suitable option for people who work through the week in order.
How to Reuse Our Weekly Calendar Templates for Multiple Weeks
All our weekly calendar templates run from Monday to Sunday. Many calendars in the U.S. start the week on Sunday, so check that the day order matches how you plan before you print a stack. The templates are undated, which makes them usable throughout all the weeks in the year. We recommend printing several copies at once so that you can fill in a different week’s date on each of them. This gives you an ample set of weekly calendars that are ready for use for as far ahead as you want.
At the top of each template is a field where you can write the week’s date. It contains three short lines separated by slashes, giving you enough space to write the day, month, and year.
You can print our weekly calendars for free and display them on a fridge, a desk, or a noticeboard, or keep them in a binder or folder.
Since they come in different designs, the landscape designs will look better on a wall or fridge, while the portrait designs will fit a binder or clipboard.
Practical Uses of Our Weekly Calendar
Our weekly calendar templates give you one place to set out the tasks you have to finish for each day. Here are practical things you can use our calendar templates for:
Planning a Week by the Hour: Our purple hourly design provides you with hour rows to help you see where the gaps in a day actually are. You can use it to plan hourly schedules, including work shifts, appointments, and class timetables.
Daily To-Do Lists: You can use the blue column design to make longer to-do lists for each day in the week. The peach box design is more suitable for listing a few things you’d like to do in a day, such as errands or calls to return.
Household and Family Planning: You can use the landscape designs for meal plans or chores and stick them on a fridge or noticeboard.
Tracking Something Once a Day: The maroon day-row design provides a wide area that you can fill with important personal plans or reminders for activities like workouts, water intake, reading, or practice sessions.
How to Download and Print Our Weekly Calendars
There are two ways to access our weekly calendar templates. The first is to click the image of your desired calendar; this will open a JPG version you can save to your device. This is best suited for those who want a picture of the calendar on their phone.
To access the PDF version of the calendar, click the “Print it” button below each template. This opens a PDF version in your browser that you can either download or print.
If you plan on printing any of the weekly calendar templates, choose US Letter or A4 in the print dialog and use the scale or fit-to-page option if the edges get cut off.
Note that the purple and maroon templates have a portrait orientation, while the peach and blue templates are designed in a landscape orientation. When printing, match the print orientation to the design’s orientation so the calendar prints at full size.
We recommend printing a stack of weekly calendars at once so you can use them as the weeks roll by. You can set the number of copies you’d like to get in the print dialog.
